  I have never received anything less then polite professional service. Walk ins or phone calls are always handled quickly and accurately for me. Im not a rich guy and I've even been late on a few loan payments before but im never treated second class. Great team here.

  My husband had an account here, so we went together to add me onto his account after we had gotten married. One of the tellers told us that he could do this (my first red flag -- I've NEVER had a teller be able to open an account for me before). The next day, I went back to the bank to cash in some of our wedding checks and was told that I did not appear on my husband's account. My information was not in there AT ALL. We had spend 10-15 minutes they day before entering all my information, including my social security number, address, phone number, birth date, and lots of other information. They also captured both of our signatures 3 times each. Where did this information go??? It was so ridiculous to be told I couldn't do anything on my husband's account. They took my phone number and said they'd look into and call me and THEY NEVER DID. Incredibly unprofessional bank and obviously very low-skilled. We are switching banks immediately because I do not trust these people with my finances.
